Download and installation paths
Our three-option approach reflects the diversity of Indonesian device ownership. Android users can download the APK directly from our website and install via the standard "Unknown sources" permission (a one-time step for most devices). iOS users do not need to side-load; instead, you visit bolaemas99.app in Safari, tap the share button, and select "Add to Home Screen"—the icon then opens the app in full-screen mode. Web users can access the same platform from any desktop or tablet browser without any installation step.
Installation steps
- Step 1 — Download: On Android, visit our website and tap the APK download link; on iOS, open Safari and visit bolaemas99.app.
- Step 2 — Install: Android users complete the on-device security prompt; iOS users tap Share → Add to Home Screen and confirm the app name.
- Step 3 — Register or log in: Open the app, create a new account using your email and mobile number, or sign in with your existing credentials.
- Step 4 — Verify and fund: Complete your KYC step (upload ID photo and selfie), then deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet to begin placing bets.
App versus browser: strengths of each
The installed app (Android APK or iOS home-screen shortcut) offers three distinct advantages: offline account access, push notifications for market updates and settlement confirmations, and a dedicated cache that reduces data usage on slow or pay-per-byte connections common during Idul Adha or other peak-traffic holidays. When the app is installed, your session remains active even if you close the browser tab, and critical account data—your balance, recent bets, payment methods—syncs automatically when you reconnect. The web-app version sacrifices these offline affordances but requires no installation and works identically on all devices. Choose the web version if you use multiple devices, prefer zero footprint, or are uncertain about device permissions.
Device compatibility
Our bolaemas99 Android app requires Android 7.0 or later; iOS users need iOS 12.0 or later. These thresholds cover over 95 per cent of devices in active use in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. If you are running an older OS version, the web app remains fully functional and is often faster than forcing an older device to handle the APK. We do not block access based on device model or manufacturer; compatibility is determined by the operating-system version alone.
Troubleshooting installation issues
Android users who see a "Cannot install from unknown source" message must enable the "Unknown sources" permission in Settings → Apps → Permissions (or equivalent, depending on your device model). This is a one-time step; bolaemas99 will not ask again after your first APK install. Devices running Android 10 or later ask for per-app permission; grant it once and the app will install. iOS users may see a warning about "untrusted enterprise developer" when opening the app for the first time; go to Settings → General → Profiles & Device Management, find the bolaemas99 profile, and tap "Trust" to enable full app functionality. Do not share your app installation or credentials with other users; each account requires its own device registration for security.
Data, permissions, and account security
When you install bolaemas99, the app requests permission to access your device's network connection (mandatory for live-dealer streams and market data), camera and microphone for identity verification during KYC, and local storage to cache your account session. We do not access your contacts, photos, location, or call logs. Your account credentials are stored in encrypted local storage and transmitted over TLS 1.3 to our servers; we do not save your password on the device. Each session is protected by a token that expires after subject to verification of inactivity; you must re-authenticate to withdraw funds or change account settings. We do not conduct background authentication; if you uninstall the app, your session ends immediately.
